IFA Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled IFA Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule client meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance and support.
  • Communicate effectively with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings to ensure they are well-prepared.
  • Raise invoices where required to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
