We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Children's Integrated Therapies Service. As a key member of our team, you will work with children and young people aged 0-19 with a range of needs, providing assessment and therapy in a variety of community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality assessment and therapy services to children and young people, using evidence-based practice and specialist skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with children, young people, and their families, as well as other professionals and agencies, to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
- Develop and deliver clear, goal-focused care plans, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Work autonomously across community settings, with a strong focus on safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.
- Recognised Occupational Therapy degree qualification or equivalent.
- Registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Registered Member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists & College of Occupational Therapists.
- Relevant experience and practice in Paediatric Occupational Therapy.
- Knowledge of paediatric occupational therapy equipment and assessment tools.
