Job Title: Educational Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Assistant to join our team at Spring Grove School. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of additional needs.

About the Role

As an Educational Support Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the SENDCO and class teachers to plan and deliver activities tailored to meet the needs of our students. Your duties will include:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for children with varying levels of need
  • Assisting with personal and intimate care for a small number of children
  • Ensuring all children can access the curriculum
  • Implementing Behaviour Plans, IEPs, MSPs, and EHCPs
  • Contributing to plan reviews and evaluations
