About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Support Worker to join our team in Fakenham, Norfolk. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to gain greater independence and improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social and emotional support to individuals, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Support with daily living tasks, including personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with budgeting and shopping, promoting financial independence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and friends, promoting a sense of community and connection.
  • Participate in activities and outings that promote social interaction and personal growth.
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, including Autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy and basic IT skills.
  • Desirable: car driver and ability to work flexible hours.
