Job Title: Nightshift Supervisors

Job Summary: We are seeking a Nightshift Supervisor to lead our store team during evening and night shifts. As a Nightshift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of baristas and shift managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift managers to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and implement operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
