Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join our team at Fox Resourcing and Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our transport office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transport team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track vehicles and update the transport supervisor on any issues
  • Engage with customer services and respond to queries
  • Log vehicle defects and details on our in-house system
  • Take phone calls from engineers and resolve any problems that may arise
  • Support the transport supervisor with tasks as required
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • 5 GCSEs A-C (including English and Maths)
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS packages
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and have good problem-solving skills
  • Good administration and organisation skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800-1700 (1 hour lunch) with flexibility on start time

Hourly Rate: £12ph for the first 6 weeks, then £12.51
