We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Burbank Mews in Hartlepool. Our service provides registered care for adults with learning disabilities or autism, and we are committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, and empowered.

The successful candidate will work on a rota basis, including every other weekend, and will be responsible for keeping people safe from harm and protecting their human rights. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £12.33 per hour, 36 hours per week, and a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, birthday off, and access to our Active Learning Hub and Medicash Health Plan.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be willing to learn, have a passion for care, and be able to work as part of a team. You will also be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
