We are seeking a Nighttime Care and Support Professional to join our team at Semester. This role requires the successful candidate to have at least 12 months of experience in specified areas, such as youth housing and refugee services, and to hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

  • The nighttime care and support professional will be responsible for providing tailored support to young people in various living arrangements, asylum and refugee services, leaving care support, housing support, and outreach to families and young people.

This position involves flexible shifts, including day, night, and 24-hour sleep shifts, with long-term positions available. We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
