Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the overall Tea Salon budget
  • Implementing effective purchasing and ordering activities
  • Monitoring restaurant costs on a daily basis and working closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage manager and the Director of Food and Beverage
  • Overseeing the monthly inventory for all the wines and beverages
  • Conducting weekly inventory and cross check of beverage inventory with Micros sales
  • Analysing guest insights to identify and meet customer expectations
  • Managing local beverage marketing programmes for the hotel; participating in and maintaining system-wide beverage marketing programmes and promotions
  • Focusing on internal team development and provide training on a monthly basis
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety policies and making sure we are compliant to all

The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience and a strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. They will also be able to remain calm whilst under pressure and be flexible and versatile in responding to guest requests and situations.
