About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student ID Card Issuer. In this role, you will be responsible for issuing student ID cards to incoming students, working closely with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue student ID cards to incoming students
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Provide excellent customer service to students and staff
- Accurately record student information
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, reception, or administration experience
- Confident IT user
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- Full-time hours of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Basic hourly rate of £12ph + holiday pay, taking you to £13.45ph inclusive
- Opportunity to work with a sought-after employer in the area
