About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Do you want to make a meaningful impact on a child's educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a warm and inclusive primary school in Wokingham.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with a child who requires additional support to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and build confidence in their abilities. You will provide tailored 1:1 support, adapting learning materials and strategies to meet the child's individual needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with SEN. They will be adaptable and creative in finding ways to engage and support the child's learning and development. A willingness to learn and undertake training as needed is also essential.
