We are seeking a Care Professional to join our team in Bourne. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalised care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist clients with daily tasks, such as meals and shopping
* Provide light housework and medication reminders
* Develop strong relationships with clients based on mutual interests
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
