We're seeking a compassionate and flexible Caregiver to join our team in Bourne. As a CAREPro, you'll work with our clients to provide tailored care and support, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
* Provide medication reminders and support with personal care
* Engage with clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
* Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery
