Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial aspects of a high-profile £70m+ senior living project. The project requires a professional to manage the procurement phase and lead the commercial team for the next two years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Management: Full oversight of the project's commercial activities, including cost reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Package Procurement: Lead the procurement of packages, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to the project timeline.
  • Client Interface: Act as the primary commercial point of contact with the client, maintaining strong communication and relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in Design and Build (D&B) projects, particularly in large-scale construction.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in package procurement and commercial management, with strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Location: Candidates should be based locally in the Southeast London area.
