Litigation Team Support Specialist

We are working with a top-tier Belfast law firm to find a highly skilled Litigation Team Support Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact and representative for clients, handling phone calls, messages, and general inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assist in billing and invoicing processes.
- Prepare, review, and format legal documents, including pleadings and bundles for court proceedings.
- Draft correspondence, memos, and other legal documents as instructed by solicitors.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems, and prepare document bundles as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Suite is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Commitment to professional ethics and maintaining client confidentiality is essential.
