Account Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Barry. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies that meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Sales Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of success.
- CRM Software Proficiency: Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management, enabling effective data analysis and client interaction.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing for successful client relationship management and sales strategy development.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
