Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a permanent basis, working on the Eastern Green Link 2 project in Peterhead.

About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial management, cost control, and budgeting. You will provide financial reports and procurement strategies, conduct cost analysis, and identify efficiencies. You will also administer contracts and manage subcontractor relationships, offering advice on contractual issues and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee commercial management, cost control, and budgeting

Requirements:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Relevant experience in the civil engineering or power sector
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement
  • Analytical, negotiation, and collaborative working skills
  • Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB) is a plus
