Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our outstanding SEND team as a SEND Campus Coordinator. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that all students with special educational needs thrive and meet their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the SEND Support provision on campus.
  • Lead and support a team of dedicated SEND advocates, Inclusion Mentors, and coaches.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and the team to ensure that students' needs are regularly reviewed and that students are supported to have greater independence.
  • Work with the SENCO, local authorities, parents, and feeder schools to ensure a proactive approach to the special educational needs assessment process and smooth transition into College for students.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality individualized programs to learners within the College environment that empower them to develop strategies to overcome their difficulties and promote independence.
