Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our College Apprenticeships team as a Training Advisor. The successful candidate will work closely with trainer/assessors to manage the apprenticeship journey from onboarding until end point assessment and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Enrol learners onto programs and work with trainer/assessors and employers to create individualized training plans that meet the needs and ambitions of apprentices.
- Support apprentices in achieving their qualifications and provide guidance on career development opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the apprenticeship team to ensure a high-quality educational environment for learners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, apprentices, and assessors to support the delivery of apprenticeships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to use a range of software applications.
