Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Key Account Manager at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

About the Role:

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, utilizing your industry contacts to identify and evaluate new product opportunities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Utilize industry contacts to identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with around 10 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, with a focus on primary care. You should have strong strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills. You should also have an extensive industry network and a proven track record of leveraging it for business growth. Additionally, you should be able to work in a hybrid remote setup with regular site presence.
