We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Fence Installation Specialist on behalf of Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd, based in the Gloucestershire area. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent position with a salary of up to £28,177.50 per year, plus overtime and a company bonus scheme after successfully completing a probationary period.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Fencer to join our client's team as they continue to grow and expand their business. As a Residential Fence Installation Specialist, you will be working alongside your Team Leader to install fencing and gates on new build housing developments.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in fencing and a good knowledge of residential fencing systems. You must also enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions and be willing to travel to different locations within the Gloucestershire area. Ideally, you will hold a CSCS card and have experience of fencing on new build housing sites.

In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role. You will be required to use a mobile phone to clock in and out and communicate with the office via WhatsApp.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in fencing
  • A good knowledge of residential fencing systems
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • CSCS card (desirable)
  • Experience of fencing on new build housing sites (desirable)
  • A driving licence
  • A mobile phone for clocking in and out and communication
