We are seeking an experienced Fencing Operations Supervisor to lead a small team of Fencers on new build housing developments in the Gloucester area.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Installing fencing on new build sites
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Office Teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality work
  • Completing weekly van checks and overseeing team sign-ins
  • Securing necessary permits and ensuring compliance with company standards

Requirements for this role include:



  • At least two years of fencing experience
  • Team leading experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ideal candidate will have a CSCS card and experience with fencing on new build sites
  • A valid driving license
  • A mobile phone for clocking in and communication
