About the Role: As an AI and Automation Support Analyst at Spencer Scott Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a blend of technological innovation with a deeply human touch. You will be responsible for continuously analysing and providing feedback on AI workflows, ensuring they are tailored to handle real-world complexities.

With a background in automation, AI, Chat GPT, and experience within AI and Chat GPT, you will be well-equipped to implement AI-driven tools in troubleshooting and balance the strengths of both automation and human expertise. Your skills in Microsoft end user computing technologies, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, printing, local area networking, and Intune application packaging and build deployments including OOBE, will be essential in this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's transformative journey, with a competitive salary up to £40,000, a 15% Annual Bonus, 9% Company Pension, Private Health and Dental Care, and a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days a week in the office.
