Children's Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Child Care Worker to join our team in Derby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to children and young people, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in residential childcare or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience of developing and implementing care plans and risk assessments
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
What We Offer:
In addition to a competitive salary of £34,812 per annum (inclusive of sleeps), rising to £35,662 per annum upon completion of a successful probation period, we offer access to ongoing training and development opportunities. You will also have the chance to work with a dedicated and passionate team who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
