Lead Recovery Nurse Opportunity at a State-of-the-Art Hospital in Oxfordshire

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Recovery Nurse to join our dynamic theatre team. This hospital is renowned for its exceptional patient care and cutting-edge medical equipment.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, individualised patient care, communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. The role also involves following policies and procedures to achieve the best clinical outcomes, supporting newly qualified nurses, and advocating for the Ramsay Way.

The ideal candidate will have registration with the NMC/HCPC, over 3 years of recovery experience, and ALS qualification (desirable). Strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, are essential for this role.

The package includes an annual salary of £43,000 - £49,000, welcome bonus, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, private pension with up to 5% matching after a qualifying period, and private medical cover, life assurance, and free training and development.
