About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our dynamic bar team at Siamo Group. As a key member of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a bar environment, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

As a member of our bar team, you can expect to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 - £14.00 per hour, paid weekly. Additionally, you will be eligible for Siamo Employee of the Month and HAPI Benefits, which include discounts at local cinemas, high-street retailers, and grocery stores.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serving alcohol and food/snacks to customers
  • Taking payments and handling cash transactions
  • Restocking the bar area and maintaining a clean and tidy environment

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' experience in a bar environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
