About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Leader to join our Electrical Engineering team at Middlesbrough College. As a key member of our curriculum team, you will be responsible for the academic leadership of curriculum teams and operational management of the curriculum area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of timetables and monitor quality
  • Perform operational management of the curriculum area
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs of students and employers
  • Work closely with teaching staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant vocational qualification to at least level 3
  • Qualified Teacher or willingness to commence an appropriate teaching qualification
  • Background in Electrical Maintenance desirable
  • Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it
