About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a service, ensuring the efficient running of the service for both team members and service users.

You will manage clinic diaries, deal with patients, and provide administrative support to clinicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of administrative procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a service
  • Manage clinic diaries and coordinate patient appointments
  • Deal with patients and respond to inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians

The successful candidate will have a GCSE in Maths and English or Functional Skills (level 2), RSA/OCR 3 qualification or NVQ3 level Secretarial or Administrative qualification, and secretarial and administrative experience.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,169 per annum, which is equivalent to £24,071 - £25,674 per year. We also offer excellent benefits, including a DBS check.
