Job Description

We are seeking an Insurance Administrator to join our team in Cheltenham, providing administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating documents, entering data, managing information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

About the Role

  • Create and distribute standard document templates for internal and external use
  • Accurately enter, update, and submit data onto relevant systems
  • Manage day-to-day correspondence, identifying and addressing urgent matters promptly

Requirements

  • Analytical skills to identify key information
  • Proficient knowledge of relevant systems and understanding of where to find information
  • Problem-solving abilities using policies and procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with guidance rather than close supervision
