Compassionate Care Assistant for Adults with Complex Needs

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in supporting adults with complex needs in the Newquay area. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with individuals to promote their independence, safety, and well-being.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with adults who require support with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and household chores. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans with our team
- Working collaboratively with our team to promote the independence and well-being of individuals
- Ensuring the safety and security of individuals at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with adults with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and compassionate approach to supporting individuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location
This role is based in the Newquay area, and you will be required to work shifts to ensure round-the-clock care. You must be able to commute to the location and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
