{"h1": "Senior Paid Media Executive", "p": "At Banc Media Ltd, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts across various Paid Media channels, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.

Your primary focus will be on creating personalized account project plans, budget recommendations, and reports to drive value to the client. You'll work closely with clients to ensure that account actions, strategy, and recommendations align with their business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

* Directly managing client accounts across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social channels
* Creating personalized account project plans, budget recommendations, and reports to drive value to the client
* Working closely with clients to ensure account actions, strategy, and recommendations align with their business goals
* Monitoring performance within client accounts and providing analysis and investigation
* Ensuring correct tracking and attribution is in place for Paid Media activity
* Attending weekly calls and updating clients on progress, performance, and ongoing account activity
* Closely managing and monitoring media budgets across the client base and conducting month-end reconciliation and administration
* Acting as a role model and champion for the Paid Media team both internally and externally

Requirements:

* At least 2 years' experience managing Paid Media campaigns
* Proven experience of owning account optimisations, reports, and performance
* Experienced in using all major ad platforms, as well as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Supermetrics
* Clear understanding of digital marketing practices across B2C and B2B business models
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
