Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished History Teacher to join our team at an Outstanding All Girls School in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching History at KS3 & KS4 levels and will benefit from a well-resourced department.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified History Teacher to make a meaningful contribution to the education of our students. The successful applicant will possess excellent teaching skills, a passion for History, and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • To teach History at KS3 & KS4 levels, delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
  • To develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating innovative teaching methods and resources
  • To assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their development
Requirements
  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
  • Legal ability to work within the UK
  • An enthusiastic and supportive approach to teaching and learning

Compensation and Benefits
