Job Title: Logistics and Stock Control Supervisor

A diverse and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics and Stock Control Supervisor to join our team at Unitedbuilders. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient management of all deliveries and movements through our loading bay area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all activities within the loading bay, ensuring the safe and secure handling of deliveries, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with retailers, contractors, residents, and hotel staff for scheduled deliveries and collections.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of security officers assigned to the loading bay, ensuring high standards of performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the team on security protocols, health and safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure all staff are fully briefed on site policies and maintain regular team briefings.
Requirements:
  • SIA Licence required.
  • Computer literacy using a variety of software including Microsoft Office Suite, SafetyCulture, MyTAG, Genetec, and SALTO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident and personable with a good telephone manner.
  • Excellent levels of customer service.
  • Knowledge of high-end residential and 5* hotel environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and recording capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and organise self and juniors in a fast-moving environment.
