Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of solicitors in the Private Client Department
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Private Client law and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law
  • Proven track record of team management and leadership, with strong skills in business development, communication, problem-solving, and client relationships
  • Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office
  • Driven and professional, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
