We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to join our team at Teaching Vacancies. As a Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and well-being, working collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff to enhance the development and education of pupils.
Key Responsibilities- Support the needs of individual pupils, or small groups of pupils, as directed by teaching staff.
- Monitor the behavior of pupils while they are undertaking their work to ensure a constructive environment and deal with situations arising in accordance with school policies and procedures.
