Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Special Education

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at High Well School, a Special School catering to pupils with profound and severe social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as other learning difficulties.

About the Role:
  • Provide support to students with complex needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver personalized learning plans and interventions.
  • Assist with classroom management, organization, and preparation of teaching materials.
  • Support the positive management of behavior, using strategies to promote positive relationships and reduce challenging behavior.
