We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Conwy Golf Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with the existing Bar Supervisor to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and his team to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the Club Bookings Co-ordinator to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Organize and communicate weekly staff schedules with the joint supervisor.
  • Ensure weekly and daily checklists are completed by bar staff.
  • Monitor and maintain adherence to systems and procedures by all bar team members.
  • Rotate and store stock in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all staff arrive on time and are dressed in correct uniform and name badge as per the weekly rota.
  • Develop, train, and coach new and existing bar staff to meet the standards required by the General Manager.
  • Report to the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of full-time experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating where necessary.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and supervise others.
  • Flexibility in approach, ability to adapt to last-minute changes, and extreme customer focus.
  • Full-time shift work and flexibility are required for this position.
