About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Llõn properties, ensuring that our visitors have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver excellent visitor experiences and operational services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and activities.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in property operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Fluency in Welsh is essential for this role.
