Onboarding Program Coordinator

As a Client Adoption Specialist at LexisNexis Legal & Professional, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement onboarding plans that meet the needs of our clients, ensuring they get the most out of their investment. You will work closely with key contacts at new accounts to roll out our onboarding program, providing high-quality support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience. Your goal will be to increase client retention and improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding plans to drive client adoption and retention.
- Work with key contacts at new accounts to roll out the onboarding program.

- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet set KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and customer success teams, to provide a great client experience.
- Deliver exceptional client service by going above and beyond to ensure positive experiences.
- Experience working in a commercially focused or customer-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an aptitude for making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire to drive successful outcomes for clients and a natural ability to demonstrate product value.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels.
