Palantir Technologies is seeking a skilled Learning Program Manager to join our cross-functional team. As a key member of our People Experience group, you will be responsible for executing operational workflows across the team, spanning new hire onboarding, learning programs, and internal events. Your primary focus will be on coordinating logistics for new hire onboarding, including calendaring, communicating with new hires, and light facilitation across all of our global offices. Additionally, you will book travel arrangements, help plan and execute internal events and external gatherings, and work directly with external stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate event logistics, contracts, and payments. If you have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, a creative approach to project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with project and event management software, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own operational workflows across the People Experience team, spanning new hire onboarding, learning programs, and internal events.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding, including calendaring, communicating with new hires, and light facilitation across all of our global offices.
  • Book travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel.
  • Help plan, support, and execute internal events and external gatherings.
  • Work directly with external stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate event logistics, contracts, and payments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
  • Ability and willingness to be onsite in London, UK, 4-5 days per week.
