Learning Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Own operational workflows across the People Experience team, spanning new hire onboarding, learning programs, and internal events.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding, including calendaring, communicating with new hires, and light facilitation across all of our global offices.
- Book travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel.
- Help plan, support, and execute internal events and external gatherings.
- Work directly with external stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate event logistics, contracts, and payments.

- Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics and reporting.
- Experience with project and event management software, with proficiency in Jira and Splash a plus.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
- Ability and willingness to be onsite in London, UK, 4-5 days per week.
