We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our client school in Westminster. As a key member of the SEN team, you will provide invaluable support to students with speech and language difficulties within the school's SEN unit.

The school's additional resourced provision (ARP) caters for up to 12 students with speech and language difficulties, providing a tailored learning environment that meets their unique needs.

Job Requirements
  • Previous experience working with young people, particularly those with SEN, is highly beneficial
  • A good understanding of SEN, especially speech and language support, is advantageous
  • Strong commitment to helping all pupils reach their full potential is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently is necessary
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude is vital for success in this role
  • Will to contribute to the broader life of the school is anticipated
Compensation:

An estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per year is offered, commensurate with experience.
