Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team in Northampton, Northamptonshire. As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director and other secretaries.

Responsibilities:
  1. Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other parties as instructed by the Director.
  2. Providing support to other secretaries if required.
  3. Answering incoming calls and directing them to relevant personnel.
  4. Undertaking general administrative duties.
  5. Assisting with accounts queries, postings, and billing.
  6. Preparing, editing, and formatting documents.
  7. Conducting legal research on behalf of the Director.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year, based on experience.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
