Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our social care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and practical needs of children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the safety and welfare of children and young people.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
