About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Red Sky Personnel. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our high-profile infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Management: Lead comprehensive cost and value reporting to ensure projects stay financially on track, and oversee cash flow forecasting and commercial strategies.
  • Subcontractor Procurement: Drive subcontractor procurement and lead negotiations to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior surveyors, guiding them to achieve their full potential, and collaborate with project teams to ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements
  • A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and extensive experience in civil engineering, with a strong understanding of NEC contracts.
  • A proven track record in commercial management and subcontractor procurement, with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
