Rewarding a Northampton Based Finance Lead to join our team at Robert Walters UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the entire business, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing teams and driving results. A competitive salary range of £65,000 - £70,000, plus a strong benefits package, makes this an attractive opportunity for career advancement.

As a leader in finance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all general ledger balance sheet accounts can be reconciled on a timely basis. Your technical knowledge of tangible and intangible assets will be essential in achieving this goal.

You will also be required to build and maintain positive working relationships with various departments such as Treasury and Operations. A commitment to accuracy and delivering high-quality output is essential in this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Strong technical knowledge, especially around tangible and intangible assets.
