Job Description:

In this exciting role as a Neonatal Nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based care to newborns and their families in a state-of-the-art neonatal unit. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced healthcare professionals, develop their skills, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role:
  • Provide safe, effective, and individualized care to newborns and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and research initiatives to drive excellence in neonatal care

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for individual patients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in clinical supervision and appraisal processes to ensure professional growth and development
Requirements:
  • Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Adult Nurse or Registered Midwife
  • Nursing experience within a neonatal setting, pre- or post-graduation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, passion for neonatal nursing, and IT skills
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,361 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
