easyStorage is a leading provider of self-storage solutions, part of the easy family of brands. We're looking for a talented Franchise Recruitment Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our franchise network across the UK.

**Job Summary**

As a Franchise Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting new franchisees to join our network. You will work closely with our business planning partners to support candidates with their business plans and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Your strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to build credible relationships with key stakeholders will be essential in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Attract new candidates to the brand through media, digital platforms, and exhibitions
* Manage and implement recruitment campaigns within budget
* Organize and lead Discovery events
* Build and improve our recruitment process
* Conduct candidate meetings and presentations
* Work closely with our business planning partners to support candidates with their business plans
* Project manage the onboarding process
* Support candidates to launch and the first twelve weeks post-launch
* Report weekly project milestones and recruitment activity
* Support the training team with franchisee training
* Represent easyStorage at events and act as an ambassador for the brand

**Requirements**

* Clearly demonstrable commercial acumen
* Outstanding communicator both verbally and through reporting
* Well-organized with the ability to implement and manage project plans
* Previous franchise recruitment experience
* Strong decision-making and leadership skills
* Able to build and manage credible relationships with key stakeholders
* Competent with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Self-motivated and able to work alone while being a valued contributor to the wider team
