About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the camp, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our campers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and activities
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of campers and staff
  • Manage camp operations, including logistics, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our campers
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve camp goals and objectives

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have previous experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or PGCE
  • Paediatric first aid certification
