About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the camp, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our campers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the camp, including staff supervision and camper safety
  • Develop and implement programs and activities that meet the needs and interests of our campers
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of camp facilities and equipment
  • Collaborate with other camp staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with children and has experience in a leadership role. You should be able to demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a camp or youth program setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with children and developing programs that meet their needs and interests
