About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Media City office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development, while ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Assist our senior management team in developing X1 as a business, while also supporting the growth and development of our team members.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the daily operations of the portfolio, ensuring smooth functioning and high performance.
  • Business Development: Identify new revenue streams and implement new processes to drive business growth and best practice.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including conducting move-ins and handling key management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Complete weekly management reports and review portfolio performance on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in people management and client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of business development and growth strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
